Don joined TABS Analytics in 2017 with over 20 years of experience in senior management positions in Sales, Marketing, Customer Marketing and Market Research. Prior to this role he held the position as the Global Director of Insights Development at CSM Bakery Solutions for 12 years in positions in a variety of roles. He led the marketing team then created and built customer marketing, category management and market research teams which placed the company in a position of worldwide leadership in these functions.
Prior to this he worked at Bayer Healthcare for seven years in their consumer sector in Customer Marketing and Category Management leadership positions. While with the company he spent two years in an ex-pat assignment in Canada leading a Customer Marketing team to support the turnaround of the business performance. He initial experience included 13 years with Playtex Products in progressive roles in Sales, Sales Management, Trade Marketing and National Account Management.
Don has a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Florida and lives with his wife in metro Atlanta.
