David has a very diverse skill set from his experience in senior-level positions in Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing and Category Management. His most recent position was Vice President, Marketing for Rembrandt Oral Care. Prior to this role, David worked at Playtex Products for 13 years as Director of Field Sales and Director of Category Management and Trade Management. While at Playtex, he successfully restructured the sales organization to better align with top accounts and directed all broker sales resulting in double-digit growth.
David began his career in the Consumer Products industry in Sales with Procter & Gamble where he was highlighted in the Moon Beams publication for the best Account Specific promotion… the “World Largest Jif and Jelly sandwich.”
His professional training includes the Center for Creative Leadership, Brian Harris Category Management and Customer Buying Skills Workshop, NEO Broker Management Training, Silvermine Maximizing Development Funds, Story Selling, the Negotiation Institute for International Research, and Sales Performance Metrics.
David has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo where he was on both the Dean’s List and the Cal Poly NCAA Track Team.
